Oyedele Hakeem Alao, popularly known as Allow Alao, has extended warm birthday felicitations to former Speaker of the Oyo State House of Assembly, Asimiyu Niran Alarape, describing him as a seasoned politician, statesman, and an invaluable asset to the party.
