DEMOCRACY DAY: ALAO HAILS PRESIDENT TINUBU, CELEBRATES NIGERIA’S DEMOCRATIC GROWTH

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress APC Engr Oyedele Hakeem Alao(Allow Alao) celebrate democracy day, in his message released to the press, he said,;
As Nigeria marks another historic June 12 Democracy Day, I, Engr. Oyedele Hakeem Alao, popularly known as Allow Alao, join millions of patriotic Nigerians at home and abroad in commemorating this important day in our nation’s democratic journey.
June 12 is not just a date — it is a symbol of the resilience, courage, and enduring spirit of the Nigerian people in their pursuit of justice, freedom, and good governance. We remember and honor the sacrifices of the heroes and heroines of our democracy, especially the late Chief M.K.O. Abiola, whose legacy laid the foundation for the democratic dispensation we enjoy today.
As we reflect on this special day, I extend warm commendations to His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, for his unwavering commitment to deepening democratic values, economic reforms, and national unity in the last two years of his leadership. Indeed, so far, so good, the journey under President Tinubu has witnessed bold policy decisions, renewed focus on infrastructure development, and a purposeful drive toward economic revitalization.
Despite prevailing global and local challenges, we have seen efforts aimed at stabilizing the economy, strengthening national security, and promoting inclusive governance. The Renewed Hope Agenda is not just a slogan, but a call to action — and we must all rise to the occasion as responsible citizens to support this vision.
I celebrate the gradual yet tangible growth we are experiencing — from strategic investments in energy, education, and youth empowerment, to significant gains in digital transformation and agricultural sustainability. The road is still long, but the steps taken so far deserve acknowledgment and encouragement.
Let this June 12 renew our collective spirit of patriotism, responsibility, and unity. Democracy is not a destination but a continuous journey — and every Nigerian has a role to play in shaping a better, stronger, and more prosperous Nigeria.
Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Long live our democracy.
God bless President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
God bless the people of Nigeria.
