Tinubu Receives Full Honours at Turkish Presidential Palace

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has been accorded full state honours at the Turkish Presidential Palace, marking a high point in his official engagement with the Republic of Türkiye.
The Nigerian leader was welcomed with a ceremonial guard of honour, military salutes and diplomatic courtesies reserved for visiting heads of state, underscoring the strength of bilateral relations between Nigeria and Türkiye.
President Tinubu was received by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, after which both leaders held closed-door talks focused on deepening cooperation in key areas including trade, investment, defence, energy and diplomatic relations.
