Nasratul-Ahmadiyya Monatan Circuit Holds Annual Day Celebration at Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Mosque, Monatan, Ibadan

The Nasratul-Ahmadiyya Monatan Circuit has successfully held its annual Nasrat Day Celebration at the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Mosque in Monatan, Ibadan, Oyo State. The spiritually enriching and intellectually stimulating event brought together members of the Jama’at, parents, invited guests, and young Nasrat members in an atmosphere of learning, faith, and unity.

The program featured a variety of carefully packaged activities including Qur’an recitation, Islamic lectures, educational presentations, games , quiz competitions, drama presentations, and other interactive segments designed to nurture the moral and spiritual growth of young Ahmadi Muslims.

In her welcome address, the Circuit Nasrat Secretary, (Mrs Aisha Adeyemi), emphasized the importance of the event in fostering Islamic values, discipline, and a sense of community among the young girls of the Jama’at.

“This annual celebration is not just a tradition but a vital platform to train our young sisters to become morally upright, spiritually sound, and intellectually equipped future leaders of the Ummah,” she said.

The guest lecture delivered by (Mrs R.O Abdulhamid) centered on the theme “The Role of Young Muslims in Nation Building”, highlighting the need for faith, education, and integrity in shaping the future of society. Another speaker(Mrs Khadija Busari) also addressed topics career, modesty, obedience, time management, and academic excellence, all tailored to the realities of the modern Muslim girl.

The President (head) of the Monatan Circuit, (Alhaji R. Okunlola), expressed gratitude to the organizing committee and parents for their continuous support, while urging the Nasrat members to continue speaking the truth and remain steadfast in their service to Allah and to the Jama’at.

Special recognition and awards were given to outstanding Nasrat members and circuits who distinguished themselves in various competitions and categories.

The event concluded with heartfelt prayers for continued peace, unity, and progress within the Jama’at and the nation as a whole.
